How our plant was built
Technical studies and authorizations
Completion of architectural and technical studies, structural and fluid studies, authorization dossier and company consultations.
Earthworks and foundations
Site installation, general earthworks, underground networks, foundations and base infrastructure.
Structure and metal framework
Structure elevation, industrial metal framework, roofing, cladding and exterior enclosures.
Finishes and technical installations
Interior partitions and finishes, electrical and hydraulic networks, machine room, cold storage chambers and industrial technical flooring.
Access roads and landscaping
Truck access roads, maneuvering areas, parking lots, perimeter fencing and landscaping with integration of the existing 1,230 avocado trees.
Equipment and commissioning
Installation of conditioning lines, technical tests, equipment calibration, staff training and operational opening.

A reference project in the region
Our industrial plant in Moulay Bousselham represents an investment of 40 to 45 million dirhams, designed to be a benchmark in conditioning and preservation of fresh products in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.
Integrated sustainability
- Solar energy: photovoltaic panels on rooftops and parking canopies for green electricity production, partially covering the needs of cold storage chambers, conditioning equipment and lighting.
- Water management: two existing boreholes at 40 meters depth, water circuit optimization systems, recovery and reuse for non-food uses.
- Waste management: selective separation at source, organic waste valorization (composting or agricultural valorization), and certified providers for specific waste.
Economic impact
The plant generates between 50 and 60 direct jobs (production, maintenance, administration, quality and safety) in addition to indirect jobs in transport, maintenance and associated agricultural subsidiaries.
